Michael Albor

Michael Albor, one of Boston Magazine's celebrated Best Colorist, has for a over a decade been the mastermind behind some of most beautiful and vibrant cuts and color on stylish women that come from all over the world to the Boston area. Noted for his dynamic personality and warm genteel ways, Michael, as Owner and Style Director of The Loft Salon + Day Spa, strives to create for his clients a brilliant, healthy, modern look that is beautiful and unique to each of them in and out of the salon. His innovative and creative abilities have sent him far and wide to the pages of fashion magazines gaining him notoriety with a nomination for Best Editorial Stylist by the most prestigious hairstyling competition in North America, NAHA.

His work has been featured in print and television ads as well as fashion shows, working with designers such as Isaac Mizrahi and Badgley Mischka. He is now working as an Educator for Aquage traveling all over the country, has been Artistic Director for Saks Fifth Avenue, an Educator for Aveda, a Paul Mitchell Advisor and a Member of Elizabeth Arden's core styling team.
